OriginAPK respects the rights of developers and other copyright owners. We only publish files from official public sources, but if you believe something on this website infringes your rights, we will review your request promptly.

How to send a notice

Email contact@originapk.com with the subject “Copyright notice” and include:

1. Your name, company (if any), postal address, phone number and email address.
2. A description of the copyrighted work you believe is being infringed.
3. The exact address (URL) of each page or file on OriginAPK you want removed.
4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
5. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
6. Your physical or electronic signature.

What happens next

• We confirm receipt and review the notice, normally within 48 hours.
• If the notice is complete and valid, we remove or disable access to the content and inform you.
• Incomplete notices may delay the process; we will tell you what is missing.

Counter-notice

If content you are responsible for was removed and you believe this was a mistake, you can send a counter-notice to the same address with your contact details, the address of the removed content, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe it was removed by mistake, and your signature.

Developers

If you develop an app listed here and simply want its description, screenshots or version updated, you do not need a formal notice. Just contact us and we will be happy to help.
